Getting Started

I decided to start blogging about my new healthy eating plan, if only to keep track of what I've been doing right and what I can improve on. I have been using the plan created by Cornucopia Wellness (https://www.facebook.com/CornucopiaHealth) for just under two months -- tomorrow is the actual two-month mark. In that time, I've lost about 20 pounds and gone down about 1 1/2 sizes. (The first size down always takes longer, because you first have to to lose the weight that makes that size too tight.) So, here goes nothing.
